As a volunteer-led organization, every form of involvement is invaluable and will have a positive effect on our athletes. Volunteers are the only way we are able to be successful. We need volunteers as: chaperones, team administrators, assistant coaches, head coaches, council members, general volunteers and more. We look forward to you joining our team!

Below are the forms to become an eligible volunteer and/or coach. Once completed, these forms are good for 3yrs before they have to be renewed. If you would like to complete these forms via a paper copy, please reach out to areacoordinator@area31sova.org so we can send via email, US Mail or you can stop by the office to fill them out in-person.
